Mixed Media Altered Bottle

Október elseje, így hozom Nektek az új Lindy’s kihivásra készült alkotásom. Ezúttal meleg szürke, menta és szürkés zöld volt a moodboardon a repesztés melletti feltétel.

It's the first of October, so I’m bringing you my new creation for Lindy's challenge. This time, warm grey, mint, and greyish green was the condition for the moodboard.

Apunak hoztak a nyaralásról egy különleges sört, ahogy elfogyasztotta már le is nyúltam :D Kb rá két hétre már fel is használtam. 😊

They brought my dad a special beer back from a holiday, as soon as he drank it, I took the bottle. I used it in about two weeks.

Első körben szivaccsal vittem fel fehér gessot, majd Finnabair Tissue papírt ragasztottam rá soft matte gélell. Kicsit tompítottam a papír színein és plusz textúrát adtam neki, ehhez a Fantasy Patina Pasztára esett a választásom, méghozzá a Cream árnyalatúra.
Light pasztát is kentem rá, amibe az Industrial Chic magical kollekcióból a Steel Shimmer-t kevertem bele. Utána fehér repesztőpasztát vittem fel az üvegre, viszonylag sok helyre, de azért hagytam, hogy az alatta lévő papír is látszódjon :D

I first applied white gesso with a sponge, then glued Finnabair Tissue paper over it with soft matte gel coat. I softened the colour of the paper a bit and gave it some extra texture, choosing Fantasy Patina Paste in the shade Cream.
I also applied a Light Paste with Steel Shimmer from the Industrial Chic magical collection. I then used white crackle paste on the glass, in a relatively large amount of space, but I did leave the paper underneath, so it shows as well.

Gag Me With A Spoon Gray Starburst misztet fröcsköltem rá, majd ecsettel szétkentem főként a repesztőpasztás részeken. Ezután a Black Orchid Silver-t használtam, amivel szintén a repesztőpasztás felületet hangsúlyoztam ki. Kiegészítésképp Steel Shimmer magical port is szórtam rá. A tissue papírós felületre Gag Me With A Spoon Gray magical por került.

I splashed Gag Me With A Spoon Gray Starburst mist on top, then used a brush to spread it around, mainly on the crackle paste areas. I then used Black Orchid Silver, which I also used to highlight the dowel paste area. I also sprinkled on Steel Shimmer magical powder as a complement. Gag Me With A Spoon Gray Magical Powder was applied to the tissue paper surface.

A mould elemekre Green with Envy Green és Drop Dead Gorgeous Green miszteket fújtam egy kis Sea Grass Green magical por kíséretében. Menet közben rájöttem, hogy kicsit sötétebb árnyalat jobban passzol az üveghez, ezért még Greased Lightnin' Green miszt is került rá.

On the mould elements I sprayed Green with Envy Green and Drop Dead Gorgeous Green with a little Sea Grass Green magical powder. As I continued, I realised that a slightly darker shade would suit the glass better, so I added some Greased Lightnin' Green mists.

A Dusty Attic chipboardokra először a super fine kollekcióból Slam Dunk Silver, majd az industrial szettből az Oakleaf Olive domborítóport használtam. A keret közepét nem szedtem ki, hanem AB Studio papírt ragasztottam rá, aminek a szélét Gimme Five Gold domborítóporral tettem hangsúlyosabbá.

For the Dusty Attic chipboards, I first used Slam Dunk Silver from the Super Fine collection, then Oakleaf Olive embossing powder from the Industrial set. I didn't remove the centre of the frame, but glued AB Studio Paper to it and I used Gimme Five Gold embossing powder to make the edges more prominent.

Összeállitás végén kis Tim Holtz-os táblácskát kötöttem az üveg nyakára. A mould elemekre Lucky Emerald és White Gold waxot kentem. Utolsó lépésként csillámport szórtam rá.

At the end of the project, I tied a small Tim Holtz plaque to the neck of the glass. I applied Lucky Emerald and White Gold wax to the mould elements. As a final step, I sprinkled some glitter powder on it.
