Hello!

A mai projektem a Lindy’s májusi color challenge-ére készült. Ezúttal az óceán volt a téma a kék, zöld és sárga színpaletta mellett.
Amikor megláttam a mexikói utazásunk jutott eszembe, ahol hajókáztunk és sznorkeleztünk. Tengeri teknősöket, csillagokat és rájákat láttam, ami egy létre szóló élmény volt számomra.
Kicsit más chipboardokkal, de azt a színvilágot szeretném megmutatni nektek.
Today’s project was made for Lindy’s May Color Challenge. This time the theme was the ocean alongside the blue, green and yellow color palette.
As soon as I saw it our trip to Mexico came to my mind, where we sailed and snorkelled. I saw sea turtles, sea stars and rays, which was the experience of a lifetime for me.
This time it is with slightly different chipboards, but I wanted to show you that color scheme.

Woodouts mdf alapot használtam, amit lekentem fehér gessoval, majd Light pasztával stencileztem rá. A stencilezésre szórtam Twilight Blue Slate domborítóport, hogy a végén jobban érvényesüljön.
3 pasztát használtam a szemcsés hatás érdekében: Graphite, Brown Rust és white crackle, viszont nem várta meg, hogy 1-1 paszta megszáradjon, így még kicsit össze is tudtam „mosni”. 😊
A horgony alsó részére gézt ragasztottam és az egészet lefújtam Black Orchid Silver és Gag Me With A Spoon Gray Starburst miszttel. Egy kevés Creme Brulee Cream is került rá.
I used MDF Woodouts as a basis for this work, which I smeared with white gesso and then stencilled it with Light paste. I sprinkled some Twilight Blue Slate embossing powder for stencilling purposes for a better result in the end.
Three kinds of pastes were used to achieve a grainy effect. Graphite, Brown Rust and White Crackle, but I didn’t wait for 1-1 paste to dry, so I could “wash” it a little together.
I glued gauze to the bottom of the anchor, and I sprayed it all with Black Orchid Silver and Gag Me With A Spoon Gray Starburst mists. A small amount of Creme Brulee Cream was also used on it.

A horgony szürkés - barnás színű, így a mould elemekre Starburst Squirts csepegtettem Loonie Toonie Teal és Poutine Gold árnyalatban, hogy megfelelő kontraszt létrejöjjön és a moodboardnak is megfeleljen.
Végül miszt és magical por kombo került rá Greased Lightnin' Green és Tibetan Poppy Teal. Természetesen ennyi nem volt elég nekem, ezért Sassy Sapphire magical port is szórtam rá.
A szárnynak és a kormánykeréknek Starburst misztekkel adtam meg a végső színt, amihez Sassy Sapphire és Delphinium Turquoise használtam.
SnipArt korall, csikóhal és rák chipboardokkal egészítettem ki. A korall elemekre Byzantine Bronze és Scotch Broom Yellow domborítóport szórtam.
A csikóhalakra Yellow Rose of Texas valamit Pineapple Paradise misztet fújtam, a plusz csillgásért pedig Bling-y Blonde magical port.
The anchor is greyish-brown in color, so I dripped some Starburst Squirts on the mould elements in shades of Loonie Toonie Teal and Poutine Gold to produce the right contrast and to match the mood board.
In the end, a combination of mist and magical powder was used. Greased Lightnin' Green and Tibetan Poppy Teal.
Naturally it that wasn’t enough for me, so I also sprayed Sassy Sapphire magical powder on it.
As for the wings and the steering wheel I gave the final color with Starburst mists, for which I used Sassy Sapphire and Delphinium Turquoise.
I complemented with SnipArt coral, seahorse, and crab chipboards. I sprinkled some Byzantine Bronze and Scotch Broom Yellow embossing powder on the coral embellishments.
I blew some Yellow Rose of Texas as well as some Pineapple Paradise mists on the seahorses and for the extra sparkle, I used Bling-y Blonde magical powder.

Vintage golt és Old silver waxot kentem a mould elemek széleire, valamint a horgonyra is.
A kompozició köré Yellow Rose of Texas és Bells of Ireland Green misztet vittem fel ecsettel.
Az art stones-okat misztekkel és Squirts-el színeztem.
Utolsó lépésként szemcsés díszítőelemek és csillámpor került rá.
I also applied Vintage gold and Old silver wax to the edges of the mould elements and on the anchor as well.
Around the composition, I applied the Yellow Rose of Texas and Bells of Ireland Green mist with a brush.
I coloured the Art Stones with mists and Squirts.
As the final step, I put grainy decorative elements and glitter powder on it.
