Dekor vagy használati tárgy?- For decor or for use?
Hello-bello! A cím már árulkodhat arról, hogy mi is lesz a mai bejegyzésemben.
Ha valakinek azt mondom, hogy ecsetet szeretnék venni, akkor nagy valószínűséggel arra gondol, hogy festésre használom, nem pedig egyéb célra. De egy mixed media alkotáshoz bármit fel lehet használni ;) Minnél különlegesebb annál jobb. Így a beszerzés sosem ér véget. :D
Hello-bello! The title is forshadowing about the theme of my post. When I'm say I'm going to buy a paintbrush he thinks obviosly that I'm going to use it for painting not for other whereabouts... But for a mixed media artwork you can use anything, you know... the more specific the better... so shopping comes never to the end. :D
Maga az elkészítés menete a következő volt: először lekentem Finnabair fehér gessoval, majd White Sand pasztát használtam a rücskösebb hatás érdekében. Ebből az ecset sörtéire is kentem.
Picit több dolgot terveztem rá tenni, mint amit az ecset szélessége megenged, így tettem rá Scrapiniec chipboardokat alátámasztásnak, amit először egy rétegben domborítottam.
A fém elemekre fekete gessot kentem, utána Finnabair Art Alchemy Dark Velvet metál színű akril festéket használtam, az ecsetre pedig Art Alchemy Green Olive metál akrilt, Snow White és Bottle Green Impasto festékeket.
A bogárra Wow! domborítóport olvasztottam két rétegben,a szárnyai szélére pedig ugyancsak domborítóport,viszont csak pár másodpercig hőlégfúvóztam, így látszanak szépen a szemcsék.
The process was the following: first I painted the brush with some Finnabair White Gesso, then I used White Sand Paste for the rugged effect, also on the hair of the brush. I wanted to embellish more than the weight of the brush, so first I had to glue some Scrapiniec chipboards on it, and I embossed them in one layer. I painted the metal elemenets with black gesso and Finnabair Art Alchemy Dark Velvet metallic acryls, and the brush with Finnabair Art Alchemy Green Olive, Snow White and Bottle Green Impasto paints.
I embossed the bee in two layers with Wow! embossing powder. On the wigs I used embossing powder as well, but I melted it just for a short time to let the grains be seen.
A szemcsés díszítőelemek után a fém elemeket Art Alchemy Antique Brilliance Amethyst Magic waxszal, végezetül fehér gessoval, szárazecset-technikával emeltem ki.
After the use of decor stones and microbeads I highlighted the metal elements with Art Alchemy Antique Brilliance Amethyst Magic wax and I finished it with White gesso, with dry brush technique.
